yay! once again,THANK YOU GOD!!!!;DD hahas..i manage to have a super big BREAKTHROUGH! in my napfa! 5 stations! oh my gosh! was just telling my shepherd yesterday that i dun wannn to go for napfa and she told me this: Run BEYOND URSELF or isit something like that? hahas..something like that..she encouraged me that i am running with god! my own target,i cant hit,but with god, i can! hahas..at first have nt much faith in myself de ): but today God's blessings was like SUPERB!! He poured out His blessings! this is the first time that i gt all As (except standing broad jump and 2.4) in my whole entire life! hahas..i made short prayers all the time as i approached each station,before my turn,i prayed and was suddenly so filled with confidence that gold can be done! to glorify Jesus's name! and i gt so faith-filled. The faith was so much in me that i kip saying-IT CAN BE DONE FOR JESUS! In Jesus's name,i can do ____ pull ups/timings! haha! xD
Inclined pullup-ask God for strength. suddenly first few seconds,i did 4! and i was shocked! classmates encourages me!
Shuttle run!-ask God for speed. after i run,Kristal Yang called me a freak!
Standing broad jump(when i aiming for my C)- ask god to push me forward!
hahas...COOL RITE?xD people! God is REAL!!! I cant tell you how real He is unless you cum and experience His true love and blessings! then u will know!:DD

Sit-ups 36(A) 31 [A] (hmm,i kinda slackened cuz stomach pain=/)
Sit and reach 42(B) 52!=D [A!] (i did it one whole shot.aimed to break 50!)
Shuttle run 12.7(D/E) 11.23!!!!^-^ [A!] (yipee!never expected it!)
Standing Broad Jump 155(D) 174!!^0^ [B!] (i had never broke 160 before! at first it was 158,asked Mr Sequeira to give 2nd chance!=) )
2.4 run 15:30(B) 17:24=x(E) (ohh...stomachache and leg pain!:x BUT! i am..
RE-RUNNING! tmr i think!:) )
